2. Important Safety Information

5. Setup and Installation
This electric fireplace is designed for wall-mounted installation. Ensure the chosen location is suitable and can support the weight of the unit (36.5 lbs).
5.1 Choosing a Location
- Select a flat, vertical wall surface.
- Ensure there is a grounded electrical outlet within reach of the power cord.
- Avoid locations near water sources or in direct sunlight.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 3 feet (0.9 m) from combustible materials.
5.2 Mounting Instructions
- Carefully remove the mounting bracket (steel holder) from the back of the fireplace unit.
- Hold the mounting bracket against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure it is straight.
- Mark the drilling points through the holes on the bracket.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. For drywall, use appropriate wall anchors (not included, but recommended for secure installation). For wood studs, drill directly.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Carefully lift the fireplace unit and align the hooks on the back of the unit with the slots on the wall-mounted bracket.
