Setup Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Device with MagicPlate
The MagicPlate is essential for magnetic attachment. If your device does not have built-in magnetic charging capabilities (e.g., MagSafe), you will need to attach the included MagicPlate.
- Clean the back of your phone or phone case thoroughly using the provided alcohol prep pad and dry wipe.
- Apply the protective film to the desired area on your phone or case. This prevents adhesive residue upon removal.
- Use the alignment template to position the MagicPlate correctly for optimal wireless charging.
- Peel off the adhesive backing from the MagicPlate and firmly press it onto the protective film on your device or case. Hold for 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
Step 2: Install the Mount
Choose between the vent mount or dashboard mount option.
Vent Mount Installation:
- Attach the vent mount accessory to the back of the wireless charging head by pushing the ball joint into the socket and tightening the collar.
- Locate a suitable air vent in your desired location.
- Insert the vent clips into the air vent louvers.
- Tighten the locking knob on the vent mount to secure it firmly to the vent.
Dashboard Mount Installation:
- Attach the dashboard mount accessory to the back of the wireless charging head by pushing the ball joint into the socket and tightening the collar.
- Clean the desired flat surface on your dashboard with the provided alcohol prep pad and dry wipe. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust.
- Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive on the dashboard mount.
- Firmly press the mount onto the cleaned surface for 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before attaching your device.
Step 3: Connect Power
Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port on the back of the wireless charging head. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into the multinational AC wall adapter, and then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
Important: For optimal charging performance, use a 5V/2A or 9V/2.2A power adapter. Using an adapter with lower output may reduce charging speed.

Operating Instructions
Attaching Your Device
Once the mount is securely installed and powered, simply hover your Qi-enabled device (with MagicPlate if applicable) near the magnetic charging surface. The powerful neodymium magnets will instantly and securely lock your device in place.
Wireless Charging
The mount will automatically begin wirelessly charging your device upon proper magnetic attachment. The Qi-certified technology ensures a safe and efficient charge up to 15-watts. Foreign object detection will prevent charging if non-compatible items are placed on the charging surface.

Adjusting Viewing Angle
The mount features a 4-Axis, 360-degree adjustable ball joint. Loosen the enhanced soft-touch rubber lock-nut to adjust your device to the optimal viewing angle, then tighten the lock-nut to secure it in position. This allows for easy switching between portrait and landscape orientations.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Mount
To maintain optimal performance and appearance, regularly wipe the magnetic charging surface and the mount body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Adhesive Care (Dashboard Mount)
If the StickGrip suction cup base loses its adhesion, rinse it with warm water and let it air dry. This can help restore its stickiness. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and smooth for best results.
Troubleshooting
- Device Not Charging:
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the mount and the power adapter, and the adapter is plugged into a live power outlet.
- Verify that your phone is properly aligned on the magnetic charging surface.
- Check for any foreign objects between your phone and the charging surface. The mount has foreign object detection.
- Ensure your phone case thickness is less than 3.5mm. Thick cases may interfere with wireless charging.
- Confirm your phone is Qi-compatible.
- Phone Not Holding Securely:
- Ensure the MagicPlate is correctly installed on your device or case and is centered for optimal magnetic connection.
- Verify that there are no obstructions or uneven surfaces preventing full contact between the phone and the mount.
- Mount is Loose/Unstable:
- For vent mounts, ensure the locking knob is fully tightened and the clips are securely inserted into the vent louvers.
- For dashboard mounts, ensure the 3M adhesive has fully cured (24 hours) and the surface was clean and dry during installation.
- Tighten the ball joint collar to secure the viewing angle.
