Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash the water tank and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Fill Water Tank: Fill the water tank with fresh, potable water up to the 'MAX' level. Place it securely on the machine.
  4. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The indicator lights will begin to flash as the machine preheats.
  5. First Use Rinse: Before making coffee, perform a rinse cycle without a capsule. Place a cup under the dispenser and press either the Espresso or Lungo button. This primes the pump and cleans the internal system. Repeat 2-3 times.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power button is pressed. Wait for the indicator lights to stop flashing, indicating the machine is preheated and ready.
  2. Insert Capsule: Lift the lever to open the capsule compartment. Insert a Nespresso-compatible capsule. Close the lever firmly.
  3. Place Cup: Place your desired cup under the coffee dispenser. The drip tray can be adjusted or removed for larger cups.
  4. Select Brew Size: Press the Espresso button for a short shot or the Lungo button for a longer shot. The machine will automatically stop when the selected volume is dispensed.
  5. Eject Capsule: After brewing, lift the lever again to automatically eject the used capsule into the internal collection bin.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and longevity of your espresso machine.

  • Daily Cleaning: Empty and rinse the drip tray and used capsule container daily. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
  • Water Tank: Clean the water tank regularly with warm, soapy water. It is detachable and dishwasher safe.
  • Descaling: Descale the machine every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on water hardness. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines and follow the product's instructions.

Troubleshooting
