3. Setup and Assembly

4.1. Console Functions:

  • ST/SP (Start/Stop): Starts or stops the workout.

4.2. Adjusting the Seat:

  6. To stop, press the ST/SP button.

Note: The bike's resistance is controlled electronically via the console. There is no manual resistance knob.

Bike feels unstable or wobbles. Uneven floor or loose assembly bolts. Adjust the leveling feet on the base of the bike. Re-check all assembly bolts, especially those for the main frame and handlebars, and tighten them securely.
