This device features 8 distinct pleasure settings, allowing you to find the perfect intensity, from a gentle murmur to a satisfying pulse. Its fully waterproof design (IPX7 certified) makes it suitable for use in the bath or shower, and it is easy to clean. With a long-lasting rechargeable battery, the LELO SONA ensures uninterrupted pleasure whenever you desire.

Package Contents

Your LELO SONA package includes the following items:

• LELO SONA Sonic Massager
• USB Charging Cable
• Satin Storage Pouch
• Warranty Registration Card
• Personal Moisturizer Sachet (5 ml / 0.17 fl. oz.)

The LELO SONA device itself is designed for sonic wave stimulation, made from extra-soft silicone, and features 8 pleasure settings.

Setup

Before using your LELO SONA for the first time, it is essential to fully charge the device. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on your SONA and plug the other end into a USB power source. Charge the device for approximately 2 hours to ensure a full battery.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your LELO SONA Sonic Massager:

1. Preparation: Apply a liberal amount of water-based personal lubricant to your LELO SONA and your body for the smoothest experience. This also helps create a proper seal for optimal sonic wave sensation.

2. Power On: Press the + button to turn on the device. The LED lights will blink to indicate the current battery level.
3. Placement: Place SONA's tip over – but not directly on – your clitoris. The indirect contact allows for prolonged use and a unique sensation. If direct contact feels too intense, adjust the placement slightly.

4. Adjust Settings: Use the + and - buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of the sonic waves. To switch between the 8 different pleasure modes, press the central () button.
5. Enjoy: Explore different settings and find what feels best for you. Feel free to add more LELO Personal Moisturizer for an even smoother experience.

6. Power Off: To turn off the device, hold down the - button until it powers down.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your LELO SONA:

• Cleaning: The LELO SONA is fully waterproof, making it easy to clean. After each use, wash the device thoroughly with warm water and a mild, toy-safe soap. Rinse well and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
• Storage: Store your LELO SONA in its provided satin pouch in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing it with other toys made of different materials to prevent damage or degradation of the silicone.
• Charging: Recharge the device as needed. Avoid completely depleting the battery before recharging to prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your LELO SONA, please consider the following:

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the USB charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 2 hours.
• Weak or no sensation: Check if the device is fully charged. Ensure proper contact with the skin and consider applying more water-based lubricant to create a better seal. Experiment with different intensity settings and modes.
• Unusual noise: If the device makes a 'slurping' noise, it may indicate too little or too much pressure, or improper placement. Adjust the position and pressure until the sound subsides and the sensation is optimal.

If problems persist after attempting these steps, please refer to the Customer Support section for further assistance.
