1. Safety Instructions
Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the CREWORKS 2L Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the unit.
- Do not disassemble the unit. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
- Do not use unattended. Always supervise the unit during operation.
- Always ensure there is sufficient fluid in the tank before operation. Never run the unit dry, as this can damage the heating element and ultrasonic transducers.
- Unplug the unit before filling, draining, or performing any maintenance.
- Avoid placing extremely delicate items directly into the cleaner without proper assessment, as ultrasonic vibrations can potentially affect certain materials.
- Always use the provided basket to hold items. Do not place items directly on the bottom of the tank, as this can interfere with ultrasonic wave generation and potentially damage the transducers.
- Ensure the liquid level in the tank is always between the MIN and MAX marks indicated inside the tank.
- When using cleaning solutions, ensure they are compatible with the items being cleaned and the stainless steel tank. Avoid highly corrosive or flammable liquids.
- The unit is equipped with built-in fuses to protect against power surges. If the unit fails to power on, check the fuse.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children.

5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is easily accessible and can be unplugged quickly if needed. Do not plug the unit into a power outlet yet.
- Fill Tank: Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with water or an appropriate cleaning solution. The liquid level should be between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' indicators inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.
- Optional Pre-heating: For faster heating and to reduce strain on the unit's heating element, you may pre-heat the water externally (e.g., on a stove) before pouring it into the tank. Ensure the water is hot but not boiling.
- Degassing (First Use/New Water): For optimal performance, especially with new water, it is recommended to 'degas' the water. Plug in the unit, set the timer for 15 minutes, and run the ultrasonic function without any items in the tank. This removes dissolved gases from the water, improving cavitation efficiency.
6. Operating Instructions
Figure 3: Digital Control Panel.
- Prepare Items: Place the items to be cleaned into the stainless steel cleaning basket. Ensure items are not overcrowded.
- Submerge Items: Carefully lower the basket with items into the tank. Ensure all items are fully submerged in the cleaning solution but do not touch the bottom of the tank.
- Close Lid: Close the lid to reduce noise and prevent splashing.
- Plug In: Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
- Set Temperature:
- Press the 'TEMP' button. The 'SET' temperature display will flash.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons below 'TEMP' to adjust the desired temperature (range: 20-80°C / 68-176°F).
- The 'ACTUAL' display shows the current liquid temperature. The heater will activate to reach the 'SET' temperature.
- Set Timer:
- Press the 'TIME' button. The 'ON' time display will flash.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons below 'TIME' to adjust the desired cleaning time (range: 1-30 minutes).
- Start Cleaning: Press the 'ON' button (power symbol) to begin the ultrasonic cleaning process. The 'ON' indicator for both temperature and time will light up.
- Monitor: The unit will operate for the set time. The timer will count down on the display.
- Finish: Once the timer reaches zero, the ultrasonic function will automatically stop. The heater will continue to maintain the set temperature until manually turned off or unplugged.
- Remove Items: Carefully open the lid, remove the basket with the cleaned items, and rinse them under clean water.
- Power Off: Press the 'OFF' button (power symbol) to turn off the unit, then unplug it from the electrical outlet.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ultrasonic cleaner.
- Drain the Tank: After each use, or when the cleaning solution becomes visibly dirty, unplug the unit and carefully drain the liquid from the tank. Some units may have a drain valve; otherwise, carefully pour out the liquid.
- Clean the Tank Interior: Wipe the inside of the stainless steel tank with a soft cloth to remove any residue. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely.
- Clean the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish or control panel.
- Inspect Components: Periodically check the power cord for any signs of damage. Ensure the lid fits securely and the basket is free from damage.
- Storage: When not in use, store the ultrasonic cleaner in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the tank is empty and dry before storage.
