Setup Instructions
- Unpack: Carefully remove the electric blanket and controller from its packaging.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the blanket's connector. Make sure it clicks into place.
- Position Blanket: Lay the blanket flat and spread out evenly on your couch or bed. Ensure there are no kinks or folds in the heating wires.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a 110-120V AC wall outlet. Do not use with extension cords or power strips.

Operating Instructions
- Turn On: Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the controller to turn the blanket on. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Select Heat Setting: Use the 'HIGH', 'MED', 'LO' buttons or slider (depending on controller model) to select your desired heat level. The corresponding indicator light will show the selected setting.
- Automatic Shut-Off: The blanket will automatically turn off after 2 hours of continuous use. To restart, press the 'ON/OFF' button again.
- Turn Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the blanket off when no longer needed. Unplug from the wall outlet when not in use for extended periods.

Care and Maintenance

Washing Instructions:
- Disconnect: Always unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and detach the controller from the blanket before washing.
- Machine Wash: Wash by hand or on a delicate cycle in cold water with minimal detergent.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
- Remove Promptly: Remove the blanket immediately after the spin cycle to prevent creasing.
Drying Instructions:
- Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on medium or low heat for no more than 5 minutes.
- Air Dry: Gently stretch the blanket to its original shape and hang to finish drying.
- Do Not: Do not hang with clothespins, do not iron, and do not dry clean.

Troubleshooting

| Blanket does not heat well. | Ensure the blanket is powered on and set to the maximum heat level. Allow sufficient time for it to heat up. |
| Only parts of the blanket are getting warm. | This is usually caused by bunched or pinched heating elements. Lay the blanket flat, untucked, and free from heavy objects. Straighten the heating wires as needed to restore function. Pay special attention to the top and bottom of the blanket where the wire bends. If any portion of the wire is twisted on itself, manually twist it back. |
