3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your pocket bike. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebars to the steering column. Ensure they are securely fastened and the angle is adjusted for comfortable riding.
- Windshield Attachment: Secure the windshield to the front fairing. Ensure screw holes are aligned properly.
- Pre-Ride Inspection: Before initial use, thoroughly check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Loose components can lead to safety hazards. Pay particular attention to wheel nuts, brake components, and engine mounts.

4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the controls and proper starting procedures before operating the pocket bike.
4.1 Fueling the Bike
- Use premium gasoline for optimal performance and engine longevity.
- Locate the fuel cap on top of the tank.
- Carefully fill the tank, avoiding overfilling. The tank capacity is approximately 0.65 liters.

4.2 Starting the Engine
The pocket bike features a pull-start 4-stroke engine.
- Ensure the fuel valve is open.
- Engage the choke if the engine is cold. The choke lever may need adjustment after the engine warms up.
- Locate the pull-start handle, typically at the side of the engine.
- Pull the handle firmly and smoothly until the engine starts. Do not yank excessively.
- Once the engine is running, gradually disengage the choke as the engine warms up.
4.3 Riding the Bike
- The bike is equipped with a variable twist-grip throttle. Twist the grip gently to accelerate.
- The maximum speed is approximately 18 MPH.
- A full tank of fuel can provide a range of up to 26 miles, depending on riding conditions and terrain.
- Braking is controlled by hand levers on the handlebars. Apply brakes smoothly and evenly.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of your pocket bike.
- General Inspection: Before each ride, check tire pressure, brake function, and ensure all nuts and bolts are secure. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Chain Maintenance: Regularly inspect the chain for proper tension and lubrication. Keep the chain guard in place to prevent injury.

- Engine Care: The 4-stroke engine is fuel-efficient and designed for a long life. Refer to the engine manufacturer's guidelines for specific oil change intervals and air filter cleaning.
- Clutch Inspection: If the bike attempts to move at idle or shuts off when stopping or rolling backward, the centrifugal clutch may be worn, bent, or broken. Inspect and replace as necessary.
- Storage: When storing the bike for extended periods, drain the fuel tank and carburetor to prevent fuel degradation and engine issues.
