About Your DASH Compact Air Fryer
The DASH Compact Air Fryer utilizes AirCrisp® technology to circulate hot air, cooking food thoroughly with significantly less oil compared to traditional deep frying. This method reduces added fat by up to 75% while preserving the flavor and crispiness of your favorite fried dishes. Designed for convenience and efficiency, this compact appliance is ideal for preparing single-serving meals and snacks quickly and easily.

Important Safeguards
- Read all instructions before use.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- The auto-shut off function prevents overcooking.
- The cool-touch housing and handle ensure safe operation.

Setup
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the Air Fryer Basket and Crisper Tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Place the Air Fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure proper air circulation.
- Ensure the Air Fryer Basket and Crisper Tray are properly inserted before plugging in the appliance.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Plug the Air Fryer into a 110 Volt electrical outlet. The Power Indicator Light will illuminate.
- Carefully pull out the Air Fryer Basket from the appliance.
- Place ingredients onto the Crisper Tray inside the Air Fryer Basket. Do not overfill the basket.
- Slide the Air Fryer Basket back into the appliance until it clicks securely into place.
- Turn the Temperature Control Dial to your desired temperature (170°F to 400°F).
- Turn the Timer Dial to your desired cooking time (up to 30 minutes). The Heating Indicator Light will illuminate, indicating the appliance is heating.
- The Air Fryer will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero. A "ding" sound will indicate cooking is complete.
- Carefully pull out the Air Fryer Basket and remove cooked food.
Tips for Best Results
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray food with cooking oil before air frying.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even browning, especially for smaller items like fries or nuggets.
- The compact size is ideal for single servings or small batches.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the Air Fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The Air Fryer Basket and Crisper Tray are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or using again.
Troubleshooting
