Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the Smartby HTR-D09B Remote Control. This remote is designed as a replacement or secondary control unit for various Haier TV models. It operates without the need for programming or pairing; simply insert batteries for immediate use.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the battery compartment cover downwards and remove it.
3. Insert two (2) 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into position until it clicks securely.

Note: Batteries are not included with the remote control.

2. Initial Use

The HTR-D09B remote control is pre-programmed for compatible Haier TV models. No additional programming or pairing steps are required. Once batteries are installed, the remote is ready for immediate use.
