4. Product Features

The Surebonder USB-195 Cordless Mini Hot Glue Gun offers several features for convenient and safe operation:

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

1. Before first use, fully charge the glue gun.
2. Connect the Micro-USB charging cable to the USB port on the back of the glue gun.
3. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source (e.g., Quick-Charge 3.0 USB charger, standard USB wall adapter, computer, or mobile charging brick).
4. The LED indicator light will turn RED to indicate charging.
5. Once fully charged, the LED indicator light will turn GREEN.
6. Disconnect the charging cable once charging is complete. Do not use the glue gun while it is charging.

5.2 Inserting a Glue Stick

1. Ensure the glue gun is turned off and cool.
2. Insert a mini high-temperature glue stick (5/16" diameter) into the opening at the back of the glue gun.
3. Push the glue stick firmly until it stops. Do not force it.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On and Heating

1. Press the ON/OFF switch located near the USB port to the "ON" position.
2. The LED indicator light will turn BLUE, indicating the glue gun is powered on and beginning to heat.
3. Allow approximately 3-5 minutes for the glue gun to reach its operating temperature. The blue light will remain on during operation.

6.2 Applying Glue

1. Once heated, gently squeeze the trigger to dispense molten glue from the nozzle.
2. Apply glue to the desired surface. Hot glue sets quickly, so work efficiently.
3. To continue applying glue, insert a new glue stick into the back of the gun as the previous one shortens.

6.3 Using the Flip-Up Kickstand

The integrated flip-up kickstand allows you to safely rest the hot glue gun on a flat surface during use, preventing the hot nozzle from touching your work surface. Ensure the kickstand is deployed when setting the gun down.

6.4 Powering Off

When finished, press the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position. The blue LED light will turn off. Allow the glue gun to cool completely before storing.

• Cleaning the Nozzle: After the glue gun has cooled completely, any excess dried glue on the nozzle can be carefully peeled or scraped off. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could damage the nozzle.
