- Battery Charger
- Accessory Kit (various polishing pads and sandpapers)
Setup
1. Charging the Battery

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On and Off
To power on the polisher, press and hold the variable speed trigger. Release the trigger to turn off the tool. For continuous operation, some models may feature a lock-on button.
2. Adjusting Speed
The polisher features a 2-speed setting. Use the speed adjustment switch (typically located near the trigger) to select between low speed (0-2800 RPM) for delicate tasks and high speed (0-7500 RPM) for more aggressive polishing or sanding. The variable speed trigger allows for fine-tuning the speed within the selected range.
3. Using the Polisher
Apply appropriate polishing compound or sandpaper to the pad. Start the polisher at a low speed and gradually increase as needed. Move the polisher evenly across the surface, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid excessive pressure, which can reduce efficiency and potentially damage the surface or tool.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean the polisher housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.
2. Battery Care
Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge batteries to approximately 50% capacity. Avoid fully discharging batteries before recharging to prolong their lifespan.
3. Pad Replacement
Replace polishing pads and sandpapers when they become worn, torn, or lose their effectiveness. Using damaged accessories can reduce performance and potentially harm the tool or workpiece.
