3. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to properly set up your Antminer D3:
- Power Supply Connection: Ensure you have a compatible power supply unit (PSU), such as the Bitmain APW3++. Connect the AC cable to the PSU adapter input.
- Hashing Board Connections: All PCIe connectors on each hashing board must be connected to the PSU. Warning: Do not connect more than one PSU to the same hashing board.
- Control Board Connection: Locate the additional 6-pin PCIe connector on the I/O board and connect it to the PSU.
- Power On Sequence: Only power on the miner after all PCIe connectors (for both hashing boards and the control board) are securely connected to the power supply.

4. Operation
Once the Antminer D3 is properly connected to power, it will initiate. The device operates using the X11 hashing algorithm to mine compatible cryptocurrencies such as Dash.
