1. Setting the Time
- Pull the crown (center button) out to position 2.
- Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Push the crown back into position 1 to start the watch.
2. Setting the Date
- Pull the crown out to position 1 (first click).
- Turn the crown clockwise to set the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the date change mechanism.
- Once the correct date is displayed, push the crown back into its normal position.
Operating the Chronograph
Your Sekonda watch features a 1-second chronograph function, capable of measuring up to 1 hour.
- Start/Stop: Press the upper pusher (A) to start the chronograph. Press it again to stop the measurement.
- Reset: While the chronograph is stopped, press the lower pusher (B) to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
Maintenance
Proper care will help maintain the appearance and function of your Sekonda watch.
Cleaning
- Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the leather strap, avoid excessive moisture and harsh chemicals. Clean with a slightly damp cloth if necessary, and allow to air dry completely.
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for everyday use, showering, and swimming in shallow water. It is not suitable for diving or snorkeling. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.

Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a quartz battery. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump irregularly, the battery may need replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
Strap Care
The black leather strap is designed for comfort and durability. To prolong its life, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and harsh chemicals. If the strap becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to the "Setting the Time" and "Setting the Date" sections to adjust.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: This may indicate a need for calibration or service. Consult a professional watch repair service.
