4.3 Plumbing Connections

  1. Connect the cold water inlet pipe to the blue marked inlet connection on the water heater.
  2. Connect the hot water outlet pipe to the red marked outlet connection.
  3. Install the multi-function safety valve (pressure relief valve) on the cold water inlet line as per local regulations. Ensure the discharge pipe from the safety valve is directed downwards and is free from obstructions.
  4. Open the main water supply valve and allow the water heater to fill completely. Open a hot water tap in your home to purge air from the system. Close the tap once water flows steadily.
