Setup

Before first use, ensure the heating pad is clean and dry. The pad is designed for direct heat therapy and soothing muscle relief for the neck and shoulders.

1. Insert Pad into Cover: If your heating pad has a removable/washable fabric cover, lay the fabric cover on a flat surface with the printing face down. Insert the pad into the cover completely. Make sure the cord and switch remain on the outside of the cover. The pad will lie flat, filling the entire cover.
2. Positioning: Place the contoured heating pad around your neck and shoulders. The adjustable collar and weighted edges help ensure a personalized and snug fit.
3. Secure Fit: Utilize the magnetic clasp at the front to hold the pad securely in place, allowing for hands-free use.

Operating Instructions

Heat Settings

The heating pad features a customizable four-level heat controller. To operate:

1. Connect to Power: Plug the heating pad into any 120 volt AC electrical outlet.
2. Turn On: Press the power button on the controller to turn the unit on.
3. Select Heat Level: Choose your preferred heat from 4 different levels (Warm, Low, Medium, High) by pressing the button sequentially. The indicator lights on the controller will show the selected heat level.
4. Wait for Heat: Allow a few moments for the pad to heat up to your selected temperature.

Moist Heat Option

For deep, penetrating pain relief, you can use the moist heat option:

• Lightly spray the fabric cover with water before applying the pad.

Auto Shut-Off

For safety during extended use, the heating pad features a 2-hour auto shut-off function. The unit will automatically turn off after approximately 2 hours of continuous use.

Maintenance

The super-soft micromink fabric cover is machine washable for quick and easy cleaning.

• Always disconnect the power cord from the heating pad before washing.
• Machine wash the fabric cover on a gentle cycle with cold water.
• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
• Do not dry clean, bleach, iron, or use solvents.

Troubleshooting

• No Heat: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the pad and a working electrical outlet. Check if the auto shut-off has activated.
• Uneven Heat: Ensure the pad is laid flat and not folded or bunched up during use.
