The Freeman PE2118G is a versatile 18 Volt Cordless 2-in-1 18-Gauge 2" Nailer / Stapler Kit designed for a wide range of applications. Powered by a high-capacity rechargeable 18 volt 2.0 Ah lithium-ion battery, this tool offers cordless mobility, eliminating the need for an air compressor. Its 2-in-1 multi-purpose magazine supports both nailing and stapling, making it suitable for tasks such as decorative trim, moulding, cabinetry, paneling, upholstery, and various hobbies and crafts. 1. Charging and Installing the Battery

  1. Charge the Battery: Fully charge the 18V 2.0 Ah lithium-ion battery using the provided rapid charger. The charger's LED indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 45 minutes.
  2. Install the Battery: Align the battery with the battery port on the tool's handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is firmly seated before operation.

2. Loading Fasteners

The PE2118G features a 2-in-1 multi-purpose magazine that accepts both 18 gauge brad nails and 18 gauge 1/4" narrow crown staples. Ensure the tool is disconnected from the battery before loading fasteners.

Operating Instructions

1. Selecting Firing Mode

The tool features a select fire switch to choose between two firing modes:

The tool features a tool-free depth adjustment wheel. Simply turn the wheel by hand to change the driving depth of nails and staples, allowing for flush driving or countersinking based on the material and application.
