Charging the Screwdriver
Before first use, fully charge the screwdriver's 4V MAX lithium-ion battery. The charging port is located at the base of the handle. Inserting/Removing Screwdriving Bits
The screwdriver uses standard 1/4-inch hex shank bits. To insert a bit, simply push it firmly into the chuck until it clicks into place. The magnetic chuck will hold the bit securely. To remove a bit, pull it straight out from the chuck.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off and Direction Control
The screwdriver is activated by pressing the trigger located on the underside of the handle. To control the direction of rotation (forward for tightening, reverse for loosening), use the slide switch located on the top of the tool. Position the switch to the left for forward rotation and to the right for reverse rotation. The center position locks the tool, preventing accidental activation.
Using the 3-Position Pivoting Handle
The screwdriver features a unique 3-position pivoting handle for enhanced versatility. To adjust the handle position, press the gray button located on the side of the pivot joint. While holding the button, pivot the handle to your desired position: straight for traditional screwdriver use, or angled (90 degrees or a slight angle) for accessing tight or awkward spaces. Release the button to lock the handle in place.

Activating the LED Flashlight
The built-in LED flashlight can be activated independently of the screwdriver function. Press the white button located near the chuck to turn the flashlight on or off. This feature is useful for illuminating dark work areas or for general lighting needs.

Maintenance
General Care and Cleaning
Keep the screwdriver clean and free of dust and debris. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the charging port is clean and dry before charging.
Battery Storage
For optimal battery life, store the screwdriver in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) and recharge it every 6-12 months to prevent deep discharge.
Troubleshooting
Screwdriver Not Turning On
- Check if the battery is charged. Recharge if necessary.
- Ensure the forward/reverse slide switch is not in the center (locked) position.
- Verify the trigger is fully depressed.
Reduced Power or Short Battery Life
- Fully charge the battery.
- Ensure the tool is not being used for tasks beyond its intended light-duty capacity.
- Battery performance may degrade over time with extensive use.
Bit Slipping or Not Holding
- Ensure the bit is fully inserted into the magnetic chuck.
- Check if the bit is worn or damaged and replace if necessary.
- Verify you are using the correct bit type and size for the screw head.
