- Select Massage Mode: Use the Massage (circular arrow) dial to select your desired massage program. You can choose between manual high speed, manual low speed, or three auto sequences (1, 2, 3) which vary in massage patterns and pauses.
- Adjust Intensity: Use the Intensity (up/down arrow) buttons to adjust the strength of the massage. There are low and high intensity settings.
- Activate Vibration (Optional): Press the Vibration (wave icon) button to turn the vibrating foot massage on or off. This feature primarily affects the bottom of your feet.
- Activate Warm Air (Optional): Press the Warm Air (thermometer icon) button to activate the soothing warm air function. You may hear a fan sound as it blows warm air to the rear of your ankles.
- Enjoy Massage: The massager will operate for an automatic 15-minute interval.
- Power Off: To stop the massage at any time, press the Stop (red circle) button. To restart, simply re-select your preferred massage settings.

5. Maintenance
