Operating Instructions

Steaming Garments:

The DV8613 can be used for vertical steaming or horizontal ironing. For steaming, ensure the water tank is filled and the appliance is heated.

  • Hang the garment on a hanger.
  • Hold the steamer upright, close to the fabric, but not touching it directly if the fabric is delicate.
  • Press the steam trigger button to release steam. Move the steamer slowly over the garment, allowing the steam to relax the fibers and remove wrinkles.
  • For stubborn wrinkles, gently press the soleplate against the fabric while steaming.
  • Use the fabric brush attachment for thicker fabrics or to remove lint.
