  1. Power/Mode Button (U): Press to turn the unit ON/OFF. Press briefly to cycle through modes (Radio, Bluetooth, USB, AUX).
  2. BAND Button: Selects radio bands (FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2).
  3. AS/PS Button: Auto Store/Preset Scan for radio.
  4. Volume Knob/RES: Rotate to adjust volume. Press to access audio settings (Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader, EQ).
  5. MODE Button: Cycles through available audio sources.
  6. Display (LCD): Shows current status, track information, and settings.
  7. USB Port (USB 5V/1A): Connect USB devices for media playback and charging.
  8. AUX Input: 3.5mm jack for external audio devices.
  9. Preset Buttons (1-6): Store and recall radio stations. Also function as EQ presets (FLAT, CLASS, POP, ROCK).

Installation and Setup

Wiring Diagram

  • Red Wire (Accessory/Ignition): Connect to a switched 12V power source.
  • Yellow Wire (Constant Power): Connect to a constant 12V power source.
  • Black Wire (Ground): Connect to a clean chassis ground.
  • Speaker Wires: Connect to the corresponding speaker terminals, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  • Antenna: Connect the wire antenna to the designated input on the receiver.

Mounting the Receiver and Speakers

Mount the receiver in a secure, dry location. The speakers should be mounted in suitable enclosures or panels, ensuring they are securely fastened and free from obstructions.

  1. Choose a suitable mounting location for the receiver, ensuring adequate ventilation.
  2. Cut the necessary opening for the receiver using the provided template (if applicable).
  3. Secure the receiver using the mounting sleeve and rear support strap.
  4. Mount the speakers in desired locations, ensuring a tight seal and secure fit.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

  • Power ON/OFF: Press the U button.
  • Volume Control: Rotate the volume knob.
  • Mode Selection: Press the MODE button or the U button briefly to switch between Radio, Bluetooth, USB, and AUX modes.

Radio Tuner Operation

  • Select Band: Press the BAND button to cycle through FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2.
  • Manual Tuning: Press and hold the << or >> buttons.
  • Seek Tuning: Briefly press the << or >> buttons to automatically seek the next strong station.
  • Store Presets: Tune to a desired station, then press and hold one of the preset buttons (1-6) until the display flashes.
  • Recall Presets: Briefly press a preset button (1-6) to recall a stored station.
  • Auto Store/Preset Scan (AS/PS): Press AS/PS to automatically scan and store the strongest stations or to scan through stored presets.

Bluetooth Operation

  • Pairing a Device:
    1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
    2. Select Bluetooth mode on the receiver. The display will show "BTAUDIO" and "BT" icon will flash.
    3. On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "DUAL BT".
    4. Once paired, the "BT" icon will stop flashing and remain solid.
  • Audio Streaming: Once paired, you can stream audio from your device. Use the << / >> buttons to skip tracks.

USB Playback

  • Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port. The unit will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playback of compatible audio files (MP3).
  • Use the << / >> buttons to navigate tracks.

Auxiliary Input

  • Connect an external audio device to the 3.5mm AUX input jack using an audio cable.
  • Select AUX mode on the receiver.
  • Control playback from the connected device.

Sound Settings (EQ)

  • Press the volume knob briefly to cycle through audio settings like BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE, FADER. Rotate the knob to adjust values.
  • Use the preset buttons (1-6) for quick EQ presets: FLAT, CLASS, POP, ROCK.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Connections: Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure.
  • Environment: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight for extended periods.
