Product Overview

The Reconnect Thump2 is a portable Bluetooth multimedia speaker designed for versatile audio playback. It features Bluetooth connectivity, FM radio, USB and microSD card inputs, and an auxiliary input. The speaker also includes a built-in microphone for hands-free calling and an LED display.

Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge provides extended playback time with the 1800 mAh lithium battery.

2. Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button until the LED display illuminates.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the LED display turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated on the LED display). If not, press the Mode button to switch to Bluetooth.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other device.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Reconnect Thump2" from the list.
4. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the LED display will indicate a successful connection.

4. Other Connectivity Options

• USB Input: Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port to play audio files directly.
• MicroSD Card Input: Insert a microSD card into the designated slot to play audio files.
• AUX Input: Connect an external audio device using the provided 3.5mm auxiliary cable. Switch the speaker to AUX mode using the Mode button.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

• Volume Control: Use the volume buttons on the speaker to adjust the playback volume.
• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button to start or pause audio playback.
• Track Navigation: Use the Previous/Next track buttons to skip between songs.
• Mode Button: Press to cycle through input modes: Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, MicroSD, AUX.

2. FM Radio Operation

1. Switch the speaker to FM radio mode using the Mode button.
2. Press the Play/Pause button to initiate an automatic scan for available FM stations. The speaker will save detected stations.
3. Use the Previous/Next track buttons to navigate through the saved FM stations.

3. Hands-free Calling

When connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calling.

• Answering a Call: Press the Play/Pause button to answer an incoming call.
• Ending a Call: Press the Play/Pause button again to end an active call.
• Rejecting a Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button to reject an incoming call.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use.
