- Do not operate unattended.

3. Getting Started (Setup)
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the toaster and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
- Placement: Place the toaster on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls, curtains, and other flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. The toaster's dimensions are approximately 5.2"D x 14.8"W x 7.8"H.
- First Use / Initial Burn-in: Before toasting food for the first time, operate the toaster without bread at the highest browning setting (6) for a few minutes. This process helps to "cure" the heating elements and burn off any manufacturing residues, which may produce a slight odor or smoke. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this initial operation.
- Crumb Tray: Ensure the removable crumb tray is properly inserted at the bottom of the toaster.
- Bun Warmer: The removable bun warmer can be attached to the top of the toaster for warming items. For normal toasting, ensure it is removed.
