Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding:
Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace batteries if necessary. Verify the remote is within range of the Apple TV. - Pairing issues:
If the remote does not pair automatically, try restarting your Apple TV. You may also need to unpair any existing remotes from your Apple TV settings and then attempt to pair the URC1110 again. Ensure the remote is close to the Apple TV during pairing. - Siri Voice Control not working:
Check that the remote is properly paired via Bluetooth. Ensure you are pressing and holding the Microphone button while speaking and releasing it afterwards. - Backlight inconsistent or not working:
This can indicate low battery power. Replace the AAA batteries. If the issue persists with new batteries, contact customer support. - Volume control not working for TV/Audio:
Ensure your TV and audio devices are connected via HDMI and support HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) for automatic volume control. Check your TV/audio device settings to ensure HDMI-CEC is enabled.
