  2. Align the mounting plate with the VESA holes. The plate is designed to integrate with existing TV wall mounts or directly to the TV.
  3. Use the appropriate screws (M4, M6, or M8) and spacers from the provided hardware kit to secure the mounting plate to the TV's VESA holes. Ensure the plate is firmly attached.

6. Maintenance

  • Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
  • Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure adequate airflow around your mounted device to prevent overheating.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Device does not fit in cradle: Ensure the width adjustment knobs are fully extended. The cradle supports devices between 1.75 and 2.75 inches in width.
  • Mount feels unstable: Re-check all mounting screws and ensure they are tightened securely. If wall-mounted, verify that appropriate anchors or stud mounting was used.
  • Remote control issues: While the mount is designed to allow remote signals to pass, some devices or TV setups might experience interference. Ensure the device's IR receiver (if applicable) is not completely obstructed. Consider using an IR extender if issues persist.
  • Missing parts: Refer to the "Package Contents" section. If any parts are missing, contact Mount-It! customer support.
