2. Safety Information

  • The TENS massager has a protective function to avoid shock.
  • Turn off the switch in time after use.
  • Use a suitable charger.

  • Only adjust the intensity under the condition that the pair of pads are pasted well above the massage area.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your TEC.BEAN TENS Massager for use:

  1. Connect the pads to the lead wires. Ensure a positive and negative connection on each pad.
  2. Remove the backing from the electrode pads.
  3. Place the pads on your desired massage area on the skin. Ensure good contact for effective stimulation.
  4. Plug the lead wires into the ports at the bottom of the TENS machine. The device supports up to two sets of pads for simultaneous use on different body areas or by two people.
  5. Turn on the device using the ON/OFF switch located at the top.

5. Operating Instructions

Once set up, operate your TENS unit using the control panel:

  • Power ON/OFF: Use the switch at the top of the device.
  • Mode Selection: Press the 'M' button to cycle through the 6 main massage modes (Kneading, Acupuncture, Beat, Cupping, Scraping, Tai Chi Massage).
  • Sub-mode Selection: Within each main mode, press the center button to choose between 4 built-in sub-modes.
  • Intensity Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity level (20 levels available).
  • Timer Setting: Press the 'T' button to adjust the treatment time between 10-60 minutes. The default is 20 minutes. The device will automatically turn off after the countdown.
  • Screen Lock: Press the center button for 3 seconds to lock/unlock the screen, preventing accidental changes during use.

7. Charging

The TEC.BEAN TENS unit features a rechargeable battery, providing up to 30 hours of continuous use. To charge the device, connect it using the provided USB cable to a wall charger (not included), power bank, or laptop USB port.

8. Maintenance

  • Clean the electrode pads and device regularly with a damp cloth.
  • Store the pads on the provided pad holder or their original plastic sheets after each use to maintain adhesiveness.
