Setup

Mounting the Scope

The Goetland 4x32 Prism Sight Scope is designed for compatibility with most equipment that requires a 20mm Weaver/Picatinny Rail. Ensure the rail is clean and free of debris before mounting.

1. Position the scope on the Weaver/Picatinny rail to achieve optimal eye relief.
2. Tighten the mounting screws evenly using the provided wrench until the scope is securely attached. Do not overtighten.

Battery Installation

The scope requires one CR2032 battery for reticle illumination (battery not included due to shipping policies).

1. Locate the battery compartment cap, usually on the illumination control knob.
2. Unscrew the cap counter-clockwise.
3. Insert a fresh CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing upwards.
4. Replace the cap and screw it clockwise until snug. Do not overtighten.

Operating the Scope

Magnification and Objective

Reticle Illumination

The scope features a Mil-dot reticle with red, green, and blue illumination options, each with 3 brightness levels. This allows for optimal visibility in various lighting conditions.

1. Rotate the illumination control knob to select the desired color (Red, Green, or Blue).
2. Continue rotating the knob to adjust the brightness level (1-3) for the selected color.
3. Turn the knob to the 'OFF' position when illumination is not needed to conserve battery life.

Windage and Elevation Adjustments

1. Remove the protective caps from the windage (side) and elevation (top) adjustment turrets.
2. Use a coin or flat-head screwdriver to turn the adjustment dials. Typically, 'UP' moves the point of impact up, and 'R' moves it right. Refer to the markings on the turrets.
3. Make small, controlled adjustments and fire test shots to confirm changes.
4. Once zeroed, replace the protective caps to prevent accidental adjustments.

• Lenses: Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses. Gently wipe the lens surfaces to remove dust and smudges. For stubborn marks, use a small amount of lens cleaning fluid on the cloth, not directly on the lens.
• Body: Wipe the scope's body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Storage

• Always use the flip-up lens covers to protect the lenses from dust and scratches when not in use.
• Store the scope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• Blurry Image: Ensure the objective and eyepiece lenses are clean. Adjust the diopter on the eyepiece if available.
