Setup Instructions

  1. Unfolding the Tripod: Gently spread the tripod legs outwards until they are fully extended and stable.
  2. Adjusting Leg Height: Unlock the quick-release leg locks on each leg section. Extend the legs to the desired height. Securely close the quick-release locks to ensure stability. Repeat for all leg sections.

  4. Extending the Center Column: If additional height is needed, loosen the center column locking knob, raise the center column to the desired position, and then tighten the knob firmly.
  5. Attaching Your Device:
    • Remove the quick-release plate from the pan head by lifting the safety latch and sliding it out.
    • Attach your camera, spotting scope, or camcorder to the quick-release plate using the standard 1/4-inch screw mount. Ensure it is tightened securely.
    • Slide the quick-release plate with your device back into the pan head until it clicks into place. Verify that it is locked and secure.

Operating Instructions

  1. Leveling the Tripod: Use the built-in bubble view levels on the pan head to ensure the tripod is perfectly level before use. Adjust the leg heights as necessary.

  3. Adjusting Pan and Tilt: Loosen the pan handle to adjust the horizontal (pan) and vertical (tilt) angles of your device. The 3-way pan head allows for 360-degree rotation and 90-degree vertical shooting. Tighten the pan handle once the desired position is achieved.
