2.3 Deck Height Adjustment

Adjust the cutting height using the single-lever height adjustment mechanism. There are 6 positions available to suit various grass lengths and preferences.

3. Operation

3.1 Starting the Mower

To start, ensure batteries are installed and the safety key is engaged. Press the push-button start. The brushless motor will provide instant power.

3.2 Self-Propelled Drive

Engage the self-propelled drive using the control lever on the handle. Adjust the speed with the touch of a lever. This feature reduces effort, especially on hills and slopes, ensuring a consistent cut.

3.3 3-in-1 Deck Functions

The 22” steel deck allows for three cutting modes:

  • Rear-Bagging: For collecting grass clippings. The Vortex tunnel design ensures high capacity.
  • Mulching: For finely cutting and returning clippings to the lawn as natural fertilizer.
  • Side-Discharge: For expelling clippings out the side of the mower.

3.4 Torque-Sense Control

The mower is equipped with Torque-Sense Technology. Sensors in the motor detect when more power is needed for thick, dense, or wet grass, automatically increasing blade speed for a premium cut. This optimizes power usage and extends runtime.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Care

  • Always use the provided 4 Amp fast charger.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid fully discharging batteries before recharging to prolong their lifespan.

4.2 Cleaning

  • After each use, clean the underside of the deck to prevent grass buildup, which can affect cutting performance.
  • Wipe down the exterior of the mower with a damp cloth. Do not use a pressure washer.

4.3 Blade Maintenance

Regularly inspect the mower blade for sharpness and damage. A dull blade can tear grass, leading to an unhealthy lawn. Sharpen or replace the blade as needed. Always disconnect batteries before performing any blade maintenance.
