  1. Grasp the outside of one glove near the cuff with your other gloved hand.
  2. Peel the glove off, turning it inside out, and hold it in your gloved hand.
  3. Slide an ungloved finger under the cuff of the remaining glove.
  4. Peel the second glove off, turning it inside out over the first glove.
  5. Dispose of the gloves immediately.
