Operating Instructions
Dry Vacuuming
For dry pickup, ensure the cartridge filter is properly installed. Attach the desired nozzle or extension wand to the hose. Plug the power cord into a suitable outlet and press the large dust-sealed ON/OFF switch to activate the vacuum. The powerful 6.5 HP motor provides strong suction for various dry debris.
Wet Vacuuming
Before wet pickup, remove the cartridge filter and install the foam wet filter. Attach the appropriate wet pickup tool. Ensure the drain port is securely closed. After use, open the large drain port at the bottom of the tank to quickly empty liquids.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Vacmaster Wet/Dry Vac.
Filter Cleaning and Replacement
The high-efficiency cartridge filter and dust bag capture fine dust particles down to 1 micron. For dry pickup, regularly clean the cartridge filter by tapping off excess dust or rinsing with water (allow to dry completely before re-installation). Replace the filter when suction power decreases significantly or if the filter is damaged. For wet pickup, use the foam wet filter and clean it by rinsing with water.
