Setup
1. Mounting the Scope
The KonusFire 3-9x32mm scope comes with .22 dovetail mounting rings for easy installation. Ensure your rifle has a compatible .22 dovetail rail.
- Attach the bottom halves of the mounting rings to your rifle's dovetail rail. Position them appropriately for eye relief.
- Place the scope into the bottom halves of the rings.
- Attach the top halves of the rings and tighten the screws evenly, ensuring the reticle is level. Do not overtighten.
- Adjust the scope's position forward or backward to achieve optimal eye relief.

2. Initial Focus Adjustment
Before zeroing, adjust the eyepiece to ensure the reticle is sharp and clear for your eye.
- Point the scope at a plain, bright background (like a clear sky).
- Look through the scope and quickly glance away.
- Adjust the eyepiece (diopter) ring until the reticle appears sharp and in focus the instant you look through the scope.
3. Zeroing the Scope
Zeroing the scope aligns the point of impact with your point of aim. This process typically requires a stable shooting platform and a target at a known distance.
- Secure your rifle in a vice or on a sandbag rest.
- Aim at a target at your desired zeroing distance (e.g., 50 or 100 yards).
- Fire a shot.
- Adjust the windage and elevation turrets to move the point of impact towards the point of aim. Each click of the turret adjusts the impact point by 1/4 MOA (Minute of Angle).
- Repeat firing and adjusting until your shots consistently hit the bullseye.
Operating Instructions
1. Magnification Adjustment
The KonusFire 3-9x32mm scope features variable magnification. To change the magnification, rotate the power ring located near the eyepiece. Turn it clockwise to increase magnification and counter-clockwise to decrease it. The numbers on the ring indicate the current magnification level (3x to 9x).
2. Windage and Elevation Adjustments
The windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustments are made using the turrets located on the top and side of the scope body. These turrets are marked for 1/4 MOA adjustments, meaning each click moves the point of impact by 1/4 inch at 100 yards.
- Elevation Turret (Top): Adjusts the vertical point of impact. Turn clockwise to move impact down, counter-clockwise to move impact up.
- Windage Turret (Side): Adjusts the horizontal point of impact. Turn clockwise to move impact right, counter-clockwise to move impact left.

3. 30/30 Reticle
The KonusFire 3-9x32mm scope features a 30/30 reticle. This classic reticle design consists of four thick posts that taper to a fine crosshair in the center. This design provides a clear aiming point and aids in quick target acquisition, especially in varying light conditions. The fine crosshair allows for precise aiming, while the thicker posts help frame the target.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Lenses
To maintain optimal optical clarity, keep the lenses clean. Use the provided lens cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optics. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Gently brush off any loose dust or debris from the lens surface.
- If necessary, breathe lightly on the lens to create condensation, then wipe gently with the cleaning cloth in a circular motion.
- For stubborn smudges, use a small amount of lens cleaning fluid designed for coated optics on the cloth, then wipe.

2. General Care and Storage
Your KonusFire scope is built to be waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof, offering robust durability. However, proper care will extend its lifespan.
- Always replace lens covers when the scope is not in use to protect the lenses from dust and scratches.
- Store the scope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid dropping the scope or subjecting it to severe impacts, despite its shockproof design.
- If the scope gets wet, wipe it dry with a clean cloth before storing.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your KonusFire rifle scope, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Blurry Image/Reticle:
- Ensure the eyepiece (diopter) is correctly adjusted for your vision (see "Initial Focus Adjustment" in Setup).
- Check if the objective lens or eyepiece is dirty and clean them as per the Maintenance section.
- Verify that the magnification setting is appropriate for the viewing distance.
- Scope Not Holding Zero:
- Check that the mounting rings are securely tightened to both the scope and the rifle's rail.
- Ensure the rifle's action and barrel are properly secured.
- Inspect the scope for any signs of damage.
- Confirm that the turrets are not accidentally bumped or moved.
- Fogging Inside the Scope:
- While the scope is fogproof, extreme temperature changes can sometimes cause temporary external condensation. Allow the scope to acclimate to the temperature.
- If internal fogging persists, contact customer support as this may indicate a seal issue.
