Setup
- Connecting to PC/Laptop/Smartphone/iPad:
Connect the 3.5mm jack directly into the audio port of your device. If your PC or laptop has separate audio-out and microphone-in ports, use the included Y-splitter cable (if applicable) to connect both plugs to the corresponding ports. - Connecting to PS4:
Plug the 3.5mm jack into the controller's headset port. Navigate to PS4 Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output to Headphones > All Audio. - Connecting to New Xbox One:
Plug the 3.5mm jack into the controller's headset port. - Connecting to Old Xbox One Controller:
An additional Microsoft Adapter (not included) is required to connect the headset to older Xbox One controllers. Connect the headset's 3.5mm jack to the adapter, then plug the adapter into the controller.

Operating Instructions
Volume Control
The headset features an inline volume control wheel located on the cable. Rotate the wheel up to increase volume and down to decrease volume.
Microphone Usage
- Adjusting the Microphone: The microphone arm is adjustable. Position it close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup.
- Retracting the Microphone: When not in use, the microphone can be retracted or swung upwards to keep it out of the way.
- Mute Function: An inline switch allows you to quickly mute or unmute the microphone.
Comfort Adjustment

No Sound from Headset

- Test the headset with another device to rule out a device-specific issue.
Microphone Not Working
- Ensure the microphone mute switch on the inline control is in the 'unmute' position.
- Verify that the microphone input settings on your device are correctly configured to use the headset's microphone.
- For Windows 10 users, check privacy settings for microphone access and ensure the 'automatically drops the volume of the mic for background applications' feature is disabled, as this can affect microphone volume.
- If using a Y-splitter, ensure both plugs are correctly inserted into the microphone-in and audio-out ports.
- For Xbox One, ensure the Microsoft Adapter (if used) is functioning correctly and securely connected.
