Controls:

• VOLUME Knob: Controls the overall output level of the pedal. Turn clockwise to increase the boost, counter-clockwise to decrease. Provides up to +25dB of clean boost.

Setup

1. Power Connection: Connect a 9-volt DC power supply (not included) to the POWER jack on the side of the pedal. Ensure the power supply is center-negative and provides sufficient current.
2. Input Connection: Connect your guitar or the output of your preceding effects pedal to the INPUT jack on the right side of the Booster Mini.
3. Output Connection: Connect the OUTPUT jack on the left side of the Booster Mini to your amplifier's input or the input of your next effects pedal.

Operating Instructions

• Engaging the Effect: Press the footswitch to toggle the effect on or off. When the effect is active, the LED indicator will illuminate.
• Adjusting Volume: Use the VOLUME knob to set the desired boost level. Start with the knob at a lower setting and gradually increase it to achieve the desired volume lift for solos or to push your amplifier into natural overdrive.
• Shaping Tone: The TONE knob allows you to fine-tune the frequency response of the boosted signal. Turn it clockwise for a brighter, more cutting tone, or counter-clockwise to warm up the sound and roll off harsh highs.
• Internal Echoplex Preamp Level: The M293 Booster Mini features an internal trim pot that controls the Echoplex Preamp level, adding a subtle amount of grit or saturation to your signal. To adjust this, you will need to carefully open the pedal's enclosure. Use a small screwdriver to turn the trim pot. Turn clockwise for more grit, counter-clockwise for less. Exercise caution when adjusting internal components.
