Setup

1. Before first use, wash all parts of the chopper lid and bowl thoroughly. Refer to the 'Maintenance' section for cleaning instructions.
2. Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
3. Add ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the 'MAX' fill line if present.
4. Align the chopper lid with the chopper bowl and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.
5. Attach the hand blender motor unit to the top of the chopper lid until it clicks into position.

Operating

1. Ensure the chopper lid is securely attached to the bowl and the motor unit is attached to the lid.
2. Plug in the hand blender to a suitable power outlet.
3. Press and hold the speed button on the hand blender motor unit to operate. Adjust the speed as needed using the speed selector (if available on your hand blender model).
4. Process ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved. For best results, use short pulses.
5. Release the speed button to stop operation.
6. Unplug the hand blender from the power outlet before detaching the motor unit or lid.

Cleaning

• Always unplug the hand blender from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Detach the motor unit from the chopper lid, then detach the lid from the bowl.
• Carefully remove the blade. The blade is sharp; handle with caution.

• Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.

  • Ensure the motor unit is correctly attached to the chopper lid and the lid is securely locked onto the bowl.
