Setup
Battery Installation
The Redline V flashlight requires three (3) AAA batteries for operation. These batteries are typically included with your purchase.
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Insert three AAA batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the flashlight.
- Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened. This ensures the waterproof seal is maintained.

Operation
Power On/Off and Mode Selection
The Redline V features a rear-positioned, glow-in-the-dark ON/OFF button with Soft Touch Technology for easy control of power and light modes.
- To Turn On/Off: Fully press the ON/OFF button until it clicks.
- To Cycle Modes: With the flashlight on, lightly press the ON/OFF button (Soft Touch) to cycle through the 5 light modes: High, Medium, Low, Defensive Strobe, and S.O.S.
- Direct-to-High: If the flashlight is off for more than 8 seconds, the next full press will activate High mode.
Light Modes and Performance:
- High (500 lumens): Approximately 2.5 hours runtime / 170 meters beam distance.
- Medium (200 lumens): Approximately 6 hours runtime / 110 meters beam distance.
- Low (50 lumens): Approximately 22 hours runtime / 50 meters beam distance.

- S.O.S. (500 lumens): Approximately 48 hours runtime.
4x Adjustable Zoom
The Redline V features a 4x adjustable zoom function, allowing you to easily transition between a wide floodlight and a focused spotlight.
- To adjust the zoom, simply slide the head of the flashlight forward or backward.
- Sliding the head forward will narrow the beam for a more focused spotlight.
- Sliding the head backward will widen the beam for a broader floodlight.

Magnetic Base
The integrated magnetic base allows you to attach the flashlight to metallic surfaces for convenient hands-free lighting. Ensure the surface is clean and stable before attaching.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace all three AAA batteries simultaneously when the light becomes dim or stops functioning. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.
- Storage: If storing the flashlight for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and corrosion. Store in a cool, dry place.
