Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
  2. Insert the included batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

2. First Use and User Data Entry

Before taking your first measurement, you need to set up your personal data. The scale can store data for up to 8 users.

  1. Step briefly onto the scale to turn it on. The display will show '0.0'.
  2. Press the 'SET' button. The first user memory (P-1) will flash.
  3. Use the 'UP' or 'DOWN' arrows to select a user memory slot (P-1 to P-8). Confirm with 'SET'.
  4. Set your height, age, and gender using the 'UP' or 'DOWN' arrows and confirm each entry with 'SET'.
  5. Once all data is entered, the scale will display '0.0' and is ready for measurement.

Operation

1. Taking a Measurement

  1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
  2. Step onto the scale barefoot and stand still. Ensure your feet are positioned on the stainless steel electrodes.
  3. The scale will automatically recognize you based on your weight and display your personal data (P-number).
  4. The display will show your weight, followed by body fat, body water, muscle percentage, bone mass, and calorie requirement.
  5. Step off the scale. The measurements will be saved to your user profile.
