Headphone Components

Setup
1. Charging the Headphones
- Connect the micro USB charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge typically takes about 3 hours and provides up to 10 hours of playback.
2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headphones are turned off.
- Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates the headphones are in pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "R-MUSIC KOL" from the list of found devices.
- Once successfully paired, the LED indicator will typically show a solid blue light or flash blue slowly.
3. Wired Connection
If Bluetooth is not available or the battery is depleted, you can use the included 3.5mm audio jack cable.
- Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone's audio jack.
- Plug the other end into your audio source's 3.5mm output.
- The headphones will function in passive mode (without active noise cancellation or Bluetooth features).
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
The ANC feature reduces ambient noise by up to 85%.
- To Activate ANC: Press the dedicated ANC button (refer to Product Overview for location). An indicator light will typically illuminate.
- To Deactivate ANC: Press the ANC button again.
Audio Playback and Call Management
- Play/Pause: Press the Power button once.
- Volume Up: Press the "+" button.
- Volume Down: Press the "-" button.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Power button once during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Power button during an incoming call.
Foldable Design
The headphones feature foldable joints for compact storage and portability.

- Gently fold the earcups inwards towards the headband to reduce the headphone's size.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
No Power
- Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source using the micro USB cable.
Cannot Pair via Bluetooth
- Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing red and blue).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (typically 10 meters).
- Try forgetting the device from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
- Restart both the headphones and your device.
No Sound or Low Volume
- Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
- Ensure the headphones are properly paired or the 3.5mm cable is securely connected.
- If using wired mode, ensure the cable is not damaged.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Not Effective
- Ensure the ANC feature is activated (check the indicator light).
