Setup
Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
- Slide the cover latch to open the compartment.
- Insert the required Lithium Ion batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely until it clicks into place.
Memory Card Installation
The camera requires an SD memory card (not included) to store photos and videos.
- Open the memory card slot cover, usually located near the battery compartment or on the side.
- Insert the SD card with the metal contacts facing the correct direction (refer to the diagram near the slot).
- Gently push the card until it clicks into place.
- Close the memory card slot cover.
Initial Power On
After installing batteries and a memory card, press and hold the Power button located on the top of the camera until the 2.4-inch LCD screen illuminates. The camera may prompt you to set the date and time on first use.
Operating
Taking Photos
- Turn on the camera.
- Frame your shot using the 2.4-inch LCD screen.
- Press the Shutter button halfway down to allow the camera to autofocus.
- Once focus is achieved (indicated by a green frame or beep), press the Shutter button fully to capture the image.
Recording Videos
