5. Operation

- Positioning the Tile: Place the tile firmly on the cutting table, aligning the marked line with the blade's path. Use the fence or guide for straight cuts.
- Adjusting Cutting Angle (for miter cuts): Loosen the locking mechanism for the cutting head and tilt it to the desired angle (0° to 45°). Securely tighten the locking mechanism.
- Starting the Machine: Turn on the power switch. Allow the diamond blade to reach full operating speed before beginning the cut. Ensure the water pump is functioning and water is flowing to the blade.
- Making the Cut: Slowly and steadily feed the tile into the rotating blade. Do not force the tile; let the blade do the work. Maintain a consistent feed rate.
- Completing the Cut: Continue feeding until the cut is complete. Turn off the machine and wait for the blade to stop completely before removing the tile.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tile cutter.
- Cleaning: After each use, disconnect power and clean the machine thoroughly. Remove all tile debris and sludge from the cutting table, water tray, and blade guard.
