3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1. Battery Installation and Charging
The MT10 uses one Lithium Ion battery. Ensure the battery is correctly inserted according to the polarity markings. For initial use, fully charge the flashlight using the provided charging cable.
- Connect the charging cable to the flashlight's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power source.
- The battery charge indicator will provide status updates during charging.
3.2. Transportation Lock
To prevent accidental activation during transport, the MT10 features a transportation lock. To engage or release this function, twist the flashlight body as indicated in the diagram below.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Power On/Off and Light Functions
The flashlight is controlled by a front switch for quick and easy access to various light functions.
- Power On/Off: Press the front switch once to turn the flashlight on or off.
- Changing Brightness Modes: While the flashlight is on, press the front switch repeatedly to cycle through the available brightness modes: Power, Mid Power, Low Power, and Strobe.

4.2. Advanced Focus System and Rapid Focus
The MT10 features an Advanced Focus System that allows you to adjust the beam from a wide floodlight to a narrow spot beam. The Rapid Focus mechanism enables this adjustment with one hand.
- To adjust the focus, simply slide the head of the flashlight forward or backward.
- Sliding forward creates a focused spot beam for long-distance illumination.
- Sliding backward creates a wide floodlight for close-range, even illumination.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, keep your flashlight clean. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.2. Battery Care
Recharge the battery regularly, especially if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period. Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place. If storing for a long time, it is recommended to charge the battery to approximately 50% capacity.

Ledlenser offers a 7-year limited warranty for this product upon online registration on their homepage; otherwise, a two-year warranty applies. This warranty is valid worldwide and is in addition to legal warranty rights. It covers material defects and processing errors. A separate 24-month warranty is granted for the perfect function of batteries.
Exclusions: The 7-year warranty does not apply to products of the "solidline", k4r, k6r, k6r safety, lite wallet, powercase, Ledlenser K1 and K2, accessories, or defects of batteries, holsters, bags, remote switches, color filters, embossing, and surface coatings.
