- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
4.3 Placement
Place the NUWAVE Brio on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation, especially at the rear where hot air is vented.

5.1 Basic Operation
- Place the air circulation riser (and reversible rack if needed) into the air fryer basket.
- Place your food into the basket. Do not overfill to ensure even cooking.
- Slide the basket firmly into the main unit.
- Press the ON/OFF button to power on the unit.
- Adjust the temperature using the temperature up/down arrows.
- Adjust the cooking time using the time up/down arrows.
- Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.
- The unit will automatically pause when the basket is pulled out and resume when pushed back in.
