1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all contents from the packaging. Ensure all packing materials, including any protective films or inserts, are removed from the appliance and its accessories.

4.2 Cleaning Before First Use

Before using your NUWAVE Brio for the first time, clean all removable parts thoroughly:

• Wash the air fryer basket, air circulation riser, and reversible rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. All these components are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
• Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.

4.3 Placement

Place the NUWAVE Brio on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation, especially at the rear where hot air is vented.

5. Operating Instructions

The NUWAVE Brio is designed for simple and efficient cooking. Follow these steps for optimal results.

5.1 Basic Operation

1. Place the air circulation riser (and reversible rack if needed) into the air fryer basket.
2. Place your food into the basket. Do not overfill to ensure even cooking.
3. Slide the basket firmly into the main unit.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to power on the unit.
5. Adjust the temperature using the temperature up/down arrows.
6. Adjust the cooking time using the time up/down arrows.
7. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.
8. The unit will automatically pause when the basket is pulled out and resume when pushed back in.
9. Once cooking is complete, the unit will beep and automatically shut off. Carefully remove the basket and transfer food.
