Before first use, ensure all components are present and undamaged. Assembly is straightforward and typically takes minimal time.
- Attach Water Hose: Connect your garden hose to the water inlet located at the front of the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is secure and tight to prevent leaks.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the unit and to the spray gun.
- Plug in Power: Connect the power cord to a suitable grounded electrical outlet.
- Prime the Unit: Turn on the water supply to the garden hose. Before turning on the pressure washer, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow air to escape and water to flow through the system, priming the pump.

Total Stop System (TSS)
The TSS automatically shuts off the pump when the trigger is not engaged. This conserves energy, reduces noise, and extends the life of the pump. The pump will restart instantly when the trigger is squeezed again.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your pressure washer.
- Check Connections: Before and after each use, inspect all hose and cleaner connections to ensure they are properly and securely fastened. Loose connections can lead to leaks and reduced pressure.
- Clean Nozzles: If a nozzle becomes clogged, use the included needle clean-out tool to clear any debris.
- Winter Storage: If storing the unit in an area where temperatures may drop below freezing, ensure all water is drained from the pump and hoses to prevent damage. Consider using a pump protector.
- General Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth after use.
Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Motor stops suddenly | Total Stop System (TSS) activated | This is normal operation. The motor stops when the trigger is released. It will restart when the trigger is squeezed. |
| Low pressure | Clogged nozzle | Clean the nozzle with the provided tool. |
| Low pressure | Insufficient water supply | Ensure the water tap is fully open and the garden hose is not kinked. |
| Water leaks from connections | Loose connections | Tighten all hose and wand connections. Check for damaged O-rings. |
