5. Setup
5.1 Power Supply
Your CD player can be powered by either an AC adapter or batteries.
AC Power (Mains Operation):
- Ensure the unit is switched off.
- Connect the AC power adapter (not always included) to the DC IN jack on the back of the CD player.
- Plug the other end of the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
Battery Power:
- Ensure the unit is switched off.
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the unit.
- Insert 6 x C/LR14 size batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
5.2 Connecting External Devices
Auxiliary Input (Line-in):
You can connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to play music through the CD player's speakers.
- Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX-IN jack on the CD player.
- Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or line-out jack of your external audio device.
- Switch the CD player to AUX mode (if applicable, usually by pressing a 'Mode' button or selecting the input).
- Start playback on your external device and adjust the volume on both the external device and the CD player.

Microphone Connection:
Connect a microphone (not included) to the microphone jack to sing along with your music.
- Plug a microphone with a 3.5mm jack into the MIC jack on the CD player.
- The microphone audio will mix with the playing music (CD or Aux-in).
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 CD Playback
- Open the CD compartment cover by gently lifting it.
- Place a CD, CD-R, or CD-RW disc onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
- Close the CD compartment cover firmly until it clicks.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to start playback. The track number will appear on the display.
- To pause playback, press PLAY/PAUSE again. Press it once more to resume.
- To stop playback, press the STOP button.
- To skip to the next track, press the SKIP FORWARD button (⏭).
- To go back to the beginning of the current track or to the previous track, press the SKIP BACKWARD button (⏮).
- To search quickly through a track, press and hold the SKIP FORWARD or SKIP BACKWARD button during playback.
Program Function:
You can program up to 20 tracks to play in a specific order.
- In STOP mode, press the PROGRAM button. "P01" will flash on the display.
- Use the SKIP FORWARD or SKIP BACKWARD buttons to select your desired first track.
- Press PROGRAM again to confirm the track. "P02" will flash.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more tracks to your program.
- After programming all desired tracks, press PLAY/PAUSE to start playing the programmed sequence.
Repeat Function:
During CD playback, press the REPEAT button to cycle through repeat modes:
- Repeat One: Repeats the current track.
- Repeat All: Repeats all tracks on the CD.
- Press REPEAT again to cancel the repeat function.
6.2 FM Radio Operation
The unit features an integrated FM radio tuner.
- Switch the function selector to FM mode.
- Press the SCAN button (or similar, often combined with Play/Pause or Stop) to automatically scan and store available FM stations.
- Use the SKIP FORWARD or SKIP BACKWARD buttons to navigate through the stored stations.
- Extend the FM antenna (if present) for better reception.
6.3 Volume Control
Adjust the volume using the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons or knob on the unit.

7.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the unit from the power source before cleaning.
