5. Setup

5.1 Initial Connection

  1. Ensure the HA6000 is powered off using the front panel POWER switch.
  2. Connect the supplied AC power cable to the AC IN connector on the rear panel and then to a suitable power outlet.
  3. Connect your main audio source (e.g., mixing console, audio interface) to the MAIN INPUTS (XLR or 1/4" TRS) on the rear panel.
  4. If you need to pass the main signal to other devices, connect them to the MAIN OUTPUTS.

5.2 Connecting Headphones and Auxiliary Sources

  1. Plug your headphones into one of the PHONES OUT jacks on the front panel for each desired channel. Each channel supports two headphone sets.
  2. For individual mixes, connect auxiliary audio sources (e.g., a personal monitor mixer, instrument output) to the corresponding AUX INPUT (1-6) on the rear panel for each channel.

6. Operating the HA6000

6.1 Basic Operation

  1. Turn on the HA6000 using the front panel POWER switch.
  2. Slowly increase the MASTER LEVEL control to a comfortable listening volume for the main signal.
  3. For each channel, adjust the individual OUTPUT LEVEL control to set the headphone volume for that specific user. Observe the 8-segment LED meters to prevent clipping (red LED).
