Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Optional Lavender Insert: If desired, place the natural dried lavender flower insert into the designated pocket within the eye mask.
- Connect Power: Connect the eye mask's cable to the provided USB controller. Then, plug the USB end of the controller into a compatible USB power source (e.g., car charger, power bank, laptop, or a wall adapter).

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the controller to turn on the device. The display will illuminate.
- Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature control button on the controller to select one of the 3 heating levels: 104°F (Low), 124°F (Medium), or 140°F (High).
- Set Timer: Use the timer button on the controller to select a duration from 20 to 60 minutes (in 5-minute increments). A 20-minute warm therapy session is generally suggested for eye discomfort relief.
- Apply Mask: Place the eye mask comfortably over your eyes, ensuring the adjustable strap provides a snug fit without being too tight.
- Relax: Enjoy the soothing warmth. The mask will automatically shut off once the selected time has elapsed.
- Power Off: To manually turn off the mask, press and hold the power button on the controller.

Maintenance
- Detachable Cover: The outer cover of the eye mask is removable for cleaning.
