4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Ensure the tool is switched off.
- Align the battery pack with the battery housing on the tool.
- Slide the battery pack into the housing until it locks into place with a click.
- To remove, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

4.2 Loading Pin Nails
- Ensure the battery is removed for safety.
- Pull back the magazine follower until it locks.
- Insert a strip of 23 gauge pin nails into the magazine, ensuring the nail points are facing forward.
- Release the magazine follower, allowing it to push the nails forward.
- Verify that the nails are properly seated and move freely within the magazine.
Note: The tool drives 23 gauge pin nails in lengths of 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 1", 1-3/16", and 1-3/8". Do not attempt to use 1-1/4" pin nails or other gauges.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Depth
The tool-less depth adjustment feature allows for precise control over the nail's countersink or flush finish.
- Locate the depth adjustment dial near the nose of the tool.
- Rotate the dial to increase or decrease the driving depth. Test on a scrap piece of material to achieve the desired depth.
5.2 Firing the Pin Nailer
- Ensure the battery is installed and nails are loaded.
- Place the nose of the tool firmly against the workpiece at the desired fastening point.
- Press the trigger to drive a pin nail. The refined firing mechanism is designed to reduce recoil.
- The anti-dry fire mechanism will prevent the tool from firing when the magazine is empty, protecting both the tool and the workpiece.

6. Maintenance
