- Fill the Kettle: Press the button on the handle to open the lid. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water to the desired level, ensuring it is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks on the water level indicator. Close the lid securely.
- Place on Power Base: Place the kettle firmly onto the power base.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V).
- Select Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the handle to cycle through the 6 preset temperature options: 70°C (Delicate), 80°C (Green), 85°C (White), 90°C (Oolong), 95°C (French Press), 100°C (Black). The selected temperature will be indicated on the LED display.
