4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
The device requires 2 AAA batteries. To install:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.

4.3 Cuff Placement
Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings:
- Slide the cuff onto your upper arm, ensuring the air tube is positioned over the brachial artery (inner side of the arm).
- The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow joint.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, but not too tightly. The index line on the cuff should fall within the "RANGE" indicator.
- Rest your arm on a flat surface with your palm facing upwards. Ensure the cuff is at heart level.
