Audio Features

Experience rich and immersive audio with the G433:

  • Pro-G Drivers: These patent-pending drivers deliver clear highs and deep, rich bass with minimal distortion.
  • DTS Headphone:X 7.1 Surround Sound: When connected via the USB DAC to a PC, this technology provides precise positional audio, allowing you to hear enemies and environmental cues from all directions.
  • Acoustic Ports and Chamber: The headset features specially designed acoustic ports and a custom acoustic chamber to enhance low-end frequencies and optimize overall EQ performance.

Microphone and Controls

The detachable boom microphone ensures clear voice communication. It features noise-cancelling technology and a micro-pop filter to reduce environmental noise. The inline controls on the PC Gaming Cable allow you to easily mute the microphone and adjust the volume without interrupting your game.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain your headset's condition:

  • Wipe the fabric surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • The hydrophobic, stain-resistant fabric helps repel spills, but prompt cleaning is recommended for any stains.
  • For the ear pads, gently wipe with a clean, dry cloth.

Swapping Ear Pads

The ear pads are swappable for cleaning or to change comfort. Gently pull the existing ear pad off the earcup. Align the new ear pad with the earcup and press firmly around the edges until it snaps securely into place.

Storage

When not in use, store your G433 headset in the included carrying bag to protect it from dust and damage. Detach the boom microphone and cables for compact storage.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Logitech G433 headset, consider the following:

  • No Sound: Ensure all cables are securely connected. Check the volume levels on your device and the headset's inline control. Verify that the headset is selected as the default audio output device in your system settings.
  • Microphone Not Working: Confirm the boom microphone is fully inserted. Check the microphone mute switch on the inline control. Ensure the headset microphone is selected as the input device in your system settings or game communication software.
  • Distorted Audio: Try adjusting the volume. Ensure the audio source is not overdriving the headset. If using the USB DAC, try connecting directly via 3.5mm to rule out software or DAC issues.
  • Comfort Issues: Experiment with the two sets of ear pads (sports mesh and microfiber) to find the most comfortable fit for extended use.
  • Software Issues (PC): Ensure you have the latest version of Logitech Gaming Software installed. Restart the software or your PC.
